If some of your assessments are displaying properly on some dashboards and not appearing at all in others, then you may need to check that the items in that assessment have been properly tagged with categories in ExamSoft.
To ensure that your items are properly tagged, please make sure that your items have been tagged with a subcategory no more than one level below the categories included in the Categories per Item dashboard.
For example, in this item, three categories have been properly tagged (Blooms Taxonomy, Courses, & Professional Outcomes). However, three categories still have not been tagged properly (Author, Foundation Review, & Subjects).
If I was having issues viewing an assessment that includes this item, I might first open the item in ExamSoft and make sure to tag those three missing categories. After the assessment is reingested the following Monday, I can check to see if the issue has been fixed.
