Why do I keep getting a 502 Bad Gateway error message?

Users may occasionally receive a 502 Bad Gateway error message while attempting to log in or while navigating to a new page in the user interface. A 502 Bad Gateway error means the website tried to relay information from the server but it was interrupted or encountered an error.

Typically this can quickly be resolved by refreshing the page. If the page continues to give you a 502 error message, refresh the page multiple times.

If the issue persists after several refreshes, other potential fixes include: closing the browser window and opening the page again, clearing your web cache and/or cookies, disabling newly installed browser extensions, trying a different web browser, checking/resetting your internet connection, and restarting your computer.
