This is a known issue that affects a small number of users. This may occur if you tried to sign in through SSO using a different email address than the one that was assigned to your account when it was created. For example, if you are Bob@university.edu and signed in using Bob@health.university.edu, you may receive a login error. To resolve this, sign in using the email address associated with your account.
