Why is my recent ExamSoft assessment(s) not appearing in Enflux?

The weekly ingestion of your data should always pull in any new assessments that are graded and closed from the previous two weeks.

If your assessment is not appearing, please confirm the following:
  • The assessment has a D/L Close date that occurred before the weekly ingestion (the previous Friday at 12:00AM CT).
  • The assessment was closed and all submissions were graded before the weekly ingestion (the previous Friday at 12:00AM CT).
  • In the Enflux Integration admin-user account, the account has the proper access rights for the assessment, course, questions, or rubric related to the assessment that is missing.
