      In this session, we’ll lay the foundation for strong curriculum alignment by:

      • Mapping your curriculum into Enflux to evaluate alignment with program goals and accreditation standards.
      • Structuring course outcomes, learning objectives, and competencies in ExamSoft for effective assessment and reporting.
      • Facilitating faculty collaboration to ensure alignment across courses within your program.

      Outcome: You'll leave with a clear curriculum organization process that aligns with both internal goals and accreditation requirements, setting the groundwork for ongoing improvement.

      Week 2 & 3: Measuring Key Metrics for Curriculum Assessment

      During these sessions, we’ll focus on assessing and refining your curriculum using Enflux’s Curriculum Effectiveness and Gap Analysis Dashboard to:

      • Evaluate alignment with program goals, student outcomes, and accreditation standards.
      • Identify gaps and redundancies in curriculum content.
      • Ensure coverage of key concepts for student mastery through multiple assessments.
      • Analyze Bloom’s Taxonomy distribution to confirm progressive learning from foundational to advanced levels.
      • Balance assessment types and monitor course sequencing for optimal student development.

      This session focuses on creating a structured approach to curriculum improvements using Enflux’s Action Plan tool by:

      • Documenting steps to address gaps, redundancies, and opportunities identified during your assessment.
      • Tracking progress on Action Plans to ensure timely implementation.
      • Aligning your Action Plans with strategic, assessment, and accreditation requirements.
      • Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions for ongoing curriculum improvement.
      Outcome: You’ll leave with a framework to manage and assess your curriculum Action Plans, ensuring your improvements are strategic, measurable, and aligned with broader program objectives.
