Is something wrong with the Enflux site?

Access this page to see the status of the Enflux platform and servers

Sometimes things happen... maybe the application is taking longer than usual or you got an error message. Maybe you're having trouble getting logged in or the live chat feature doesn't seem to be working. Whatever the issue, the new Status page for the Enflux platform is here! 

In the footer of the Enflux platform, you'll see a link to Status. Click this link to go to the Status page.

Can't get logged in? We also have a link to the Status page on our company website here at the very bottom of the homepage.

On the Status page, you will see a general statement of how the Enflux platform is doing, such as "All Systems Operational". Below this, you will see an uptime graph for three things:

  1. Enflux Portal (eai.enflux.com)

  2. Amazon Web Services (our servers)

  3. Third-Party Services (other software we rely on)

An example of a third-party service would be something called Intercom, which we use for our live chat and knowledge base features. If Intercom has an outage, our live chat feature may be affected. You can see that here:
